These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between vipbaji ("Platform", "we", "vipbaji.click") and every individual who uses the platform ("you", "member", "user"). • Opening an account using someone else's information may be a criminal offence.

Vipbaji strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No individual under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account or play on this platform. We reserve the right to verify a user's age at any time.

• Harassing, intimidating, or disrespecting other players.
• We may be required to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Vipbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances. Even after closure, members retain the right to withdraw legitimate funds, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation.

• If false identity or prohibited activity is proven.
• If bonus abuse or system exploitation is detected.
• Refusing to submit KYC documents.
• If evidence of underage use is found.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
